Privacy Policy — Hager Libs
Effective date: October 15, 2026
Hager Libs ("we," "us") is a brand of Dir ena Mag Trading LLC, a Maryland, USA company. We make Ethiopian cultural clothing, tailor-made in Addis Ababa. This page explains in plain language what information we collect on our website and app (hagerlibs.com), why we collect it, and the choices you have.
Right now Hager Libs is a preview and waitlist. We are not selling anything or taking payments yet. We are measuring interest in the US and Ethiopia.
What we collect
- Contact details: name, email, phone number, country and city.
- Sign-in: if you sign in with Google, Apple, or an email link, we get your name and email from that service. We never see your Google or Apple password.
- Your activity: items you save or like, and any quote or custom-order requests.
- Measurements: body measurements, only if you choose to enter them.
- Try-on photos: photos you upload to use our AI virtual try-on.
- Analytics: pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location (country/city level, based on IP address), and how you found us (for example, a link or social post).
- WhatsApp: if you message us on WhatsApp, we see your number and what you send.
Why we use it

We do not sell your personal information.

- Please only upload photos of yourself, or of someone who has agreed.

Children
Hager Libs is not for children under 13. A child under 13 may only use it through a parent or guardian, who manages the account and enters the information (including measurements for children's clothing). If we learn we collected information from a child under 13 without a parent's consent, we will delete it.
Your choices and deleting your data
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, or close your account, by emailing yahagerlibs@gmail.com. We will reply within 30 days. We keep your information while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of a deletion request, except anything we must keep by law.
